Martial Arts Programs and Self Defense


KARATE: (For Children and Adults)

Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate is the style of Hard and Soft martial arts, similar to the Yin and Yang concepts that balance each other for self-defense and total wellness. Martial arts training is not only about self defense, but discipline, confidence, and character development. We believe that children and adults need a strong MIND, BODY and SOUL.


Aiki Ju Jit Su/Judo and Grappling 

Aiki Ju Jit Su is the base foundation of Goju Ryu Karate. Applications include pressure points, takedowns, joint locks, and grappling (ground defense). 



These seminars and programs are designed for anyone who is too busy to participate in a regular Karate program.

Our comprehensive Self Defense course includes:

  • Real-life combat scenarios
  • Defense against armed and unarmed attackers
  • This program is open to men and women 14 years and up. Our instruction is designed as real-world, street effective self-defense designed to give you the chance to survive an assault and escape. Training can be intense both physically and mentally, and students need to understand that this training is “hands-on” in order to develop self-defense responses in the face of “adrenaline pumping” fear.
